1. Acceptance of Terms

These Business Terms & Conditions apply when you use zarcon.shop, place an order, request a quotation, use the card studio, approve artwork, make payment or communicate with Zarcon through WhatsApp, email, social media or any other channel.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or use the website services.

2. Products and Services

Zarcon offers NFC cards, NFC business cards, digital profile cards, custom printed cards, sticker card products, card artwork support, NFC programming, QR code support and related services. Product images, colours, mockups and previews are shown for guidance and may vary slightly from the final printed product.

NFC performance can depend on the receiving phone, phone settings, NFC reader location, phone case, browser behaviour and third-party platforms. Zarcon tests cards before delivery where practical, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or third-party service.

3. Orders and Approval

An order is accepted when Zarcon confirms the order details and payment or required deposit. Zarcon may decline or cancel an order if product information is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, artwork is unsuitable, the requested content is unlawful or inappropriate, or fulfilment is not possible.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details before approval, including names, titles, phone numbers, WhatsApp links, social links, websites, QR codes, spelling, artwork, colour direction, quantity, delivery address and product type.

4. Custom Artwork and Customer Content

When you provide logos, photos, artwork, text, brand assets, social links or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested order. You also confirm that the content does not infringe third-party rights, break applicable law or include harmful, misleading or offensive material.

Zarcon may refuse to print, program or publish content that appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, infringing or unsuitable for the brand. Zarcon may use approved artwork and product photos in portfolio, product preview or marketing material unless you ask us not to.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Ready-made NFC card prices, custom artwork charges, delivery charges, bulk order prices and special finishing costs may vary depending on quantity, design requirements and production details.

Zarcon may require full payment or a deposit before starting design, printing, NFC setup or delivery. Payment confirmation may be requested for bank transfer orders. If payment is not completed or cannot be verified, Zarcon may delay or cancel the order.

6. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates unless Zarcon confirms a specific date in writing. Delays may occur due to artwork changes, customer approval delays, payment confirmation, courier schedules, stock availability, technical issues, public holidays, weather or events outside Zarcon's control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the order. Failed delivery, incorrect address details or repeated delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Return Policy. Because many Zarcon products are customized, cancellations and change-of-mind returns may be restricted after artwork, printing, NFC programming or profile setup has started.

8. Privacy and Digital Profiles

Zarcon handles customer information according to the Privacy Policy. If you approve a digital profile, NFC destination or QR destination, information on that profile may be visible to anyone who accesses the link.

9. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful files, interfere with website security, copy protected materials without permission, submit false order details or use Zarcon services for unlawful activity.

Website content, design elements, product descriptions, images, layouts and brand assets belong to Zarcon or relevant rights owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zarcon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, third-party platform downtime, customer-supplied errors or device compatibility issues. Zarcon's liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Zarcon may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this website. The version available at the time of order confirmation will usually apply to that order unless a change is required by law or for security reasons.
